How do pre-orders work?
Order an upcoming title and pay at checkout. When it arrives from the publisher, we ship it or set it aside for collection. Release dates are set by publishers and can move.
What's the difference between a pre-order and a backorder?
A pre-order is a title not yet released: it has a release date set by the publisher or manufacturer. A backorder has already been released but is out of stock with us; it's restocked from the distributor's warehouse, usually within one to four weeks.
When do new comics arrive?
New comics land every week.
Can you order a title you don't stock?
Usually yes. Send us the title or ISBN through the contact page and we'll check availability.
How much is delivery?
Delivery options and prices are shown at checkout before you pay.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, choose collection at checkout and we'll let you know when it's ready.
Do I need an account?
No, you can check out as a guest. An account lets you see your order history and pre-orders in one place.
