Shipping & Deliveries

LOCAL DELIVERIES

We are currently offering several methods of delivery for items once they are in stock.

FREE DELIVERY: This type of delivery is offered during certain times of the year and through certain offers. Although we try to deliver items as soon as possible, free deliveries may take 72 hours to be performed & due to certain conditions even longer once the item is in stock. We will attempt to perform 1 free delivery. Clients will be called beforehand to ensure someone will be present to personally pick up the order. If no one is found at home clients will need to perform a store pickup or else set another delivery date at a €5 charge.

Free deliveries are performed between 1pm & 4pm local time.

STANDARD DELIVERY: Deliveries will be performed within 2 working days once an item is deemed to be in stock. On occasion it may occur that the delivery may take longer then predicted and in this case clients will be contacted about any delays in performing their delivery. Clients will be called beforehand to set up an ideal time and place for their delivery. Standard deliveries incur a €5 charge

SAME DAY DELIVERY: Orders must be placed by 5pm in order to effect a same day delivery. Clients will be called beforehand to set up an ideal time and place for their delivery. Same day deliveries incur a €10 charge and are performed Mondays to Saturdays excluding holidays.

GOZO DELIVERIES: We kindly ask you to contact us ahead prior to making an order. We do provide free deliveries to Gozo but these are currently limited due to Covid-19 measures in place. If your order is urgent we have contracted a 3rd party delivery service which will deliver to you at a low & reasonable price.

In relation to free deliveries, we have split Malta in 3 regions: North, Central & South.

International shipping has been suspended until 4th January 2021.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are currently and constantly monitoring the situation due to Covid -19 issues. While we try our best to provide a cheap but efficient service, delays are prone to happen due to the pandemic and how it is affecting various areas globally.

All items are packed carefully as we understand clients wish to receive their items in mint condition, therefore we do not rush the procedure.

We will try to pack & ship them within 2 working days when the order is received. If we encounter any difficulties we will contact you and explain what is happening.

All items are shipped tracked. You can track your package via the Maltapost website or through your local postal service. Please allow 24 hours for tracking info to be updated & displayed.
