Image Comics is pleased to announce that the entirety of Mark Millar’s (Kingsman: The Secret Service, Kick-Ass) Jupiter’s Legacy series—trade paperback collected edition volumes 1-4 featuring cover art by the multiple Eisner Award-winning Frank Quitely—will be sent back to print.
The reprints will land on shelves in September in time for readers to catch up on ahead of the highly anticipated Netflix Originals television adaptation set to stream on the popular platform later this year.
Bestselling writer/co-creator Aleš Kot (Zero, The New World), artist Luca Casalanguida, and Heather Moore team up for a gritty, all-new military action story in Lost Soldiers. The five-issue miniseries will launch from Image Comics this July.
“The world needs bad men willing to do bad things so the world can stay good. That’s the story we tell ourselves so often, right?” said Kot. “Lost Soldiers is what happens when you buy into that idea so much that it becomes a curse. This is not a nihilistic story. But it is unflinching about the consequences of our actions. It spells them out in blood and pain and loss. And maybe, if you’re lucky, a sliver of hope.”
Set during both Vietnam in 1969, and Juarez, forty years later, Lost Soldiers follows three men tied by the war they left behind—and on a collision course with a new one.
Lost Soldiers #1 will be available at MaltaComics on Wednesday, July 29.
This September, Tony Stark will be going back to basics and putting the MAN back in Iron Man! Acclaimed writer and producer Christopher Cantwell (Doctor Doom, TV’s Halt and Catch Fire) and international superstar artist CAFU (Jane Foster: Valkyrie) will be bringing Marvel readers a new age of iron, including an all-new suit of armor designed by legendary Marvel painter Alex Ross. Don’t miss your first look at the series in the Iron Man #1 Trailer below!
“I’m over the moon about getting a shot at writing the Golden Avenger. Since Bob Layton’s art in the 1980s captured my imagination as a kid, I’ve been fascinated by Iron Man, and in this new story run I’m aiming to explore the question: who should Iron Man be today? An angel? A god? Or just a humble man?” said Cantwell. “Tony’s going to try and strip the idea of Iron Man all the way down to its metal core, something that will constantly be at odds with his giant ego. We’ll see if he can truly keep his arrogant self-image in check, even as others with god complexes set their sights on the entire universe.”
Tony is putting away his high-tech toys and high-profile image so he can get his hands dirty again. But can he really lay that Stark-sized ego down? Life isn’t always that simple, something that old friends and frustrating foes are quick to point out. If you strip a billionaire down to his bolts, does he run solid…or just overheat?
For answers to these questions, along with a thrilling new era of rock-solid super-heroic action and adventure, do not miss IRON MAN #1 when it soars into MaltaComics this September!

With astounding art from HULK veteran Dale Keown and rising star Germán Peralta, MAESTRO will answer questions that have haunted Hulk fans for years – and inspire some new ones along the way.
“I had no idea that when I first created the Maestro for Future Imperfect, that he would have the kind of popularity and staying power he has now,” recounts Peter David. “Until now, I’ve only been able to allude to his origins, so I was thrilled to have the opportunity to explore them in this series, and I can’t wait for fans to see all the artwork that’s been coming in!”
Marvel Comics Editor-in-Chief C.B. As we’ve announced, we will be observing a balanced release schedule over the next few weeks as the industry returns to normal – but we’re hard at work on many more new stories like this one, and we can’t wait to tell you all more about them! Expect more announcements very soon.”
How does Earth fall and Maestro rise? What happens to the world’s heroes? And what does fate have in store for Bruce Banner and the Hulk? Find out in MAESTRO #1 when it smashes its way into comic shops this August!

Disney+ has ordered the 8-episode series Just Beyond from writer Seth Grahame-Smith and produced by 20th Century Fox Television. The horror/comedy anthology, based on the best-selling BOOM! Studios graphic novel series from iconic children’s writer R.L. Stine (Goosebumps) and artists Kelly & Nichole Matthews, was created by Grahame-Smith, who has a history of moving between horror and comedy as author of the bestselling novels Pride and Prejudice and Zombies and Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter, and screenwriter of Tim Burton’s Dark Shadows, The Lego Batman Movie and The Saint for director Dexter Fletcher and star Chris Pine.
“I grew up watching Twilight Zone reruns and the original Amazing Stories with my parents,” said Seth Grahame-Smith. “I’ve always wanted to make a genre anthology series that families could enjoy together, and do it in a way that delivered for kids and adults alike. R.L. Stine has been a part of millions of childhoods, and Disney+ has already proven itself as a place that knows how to make high-quality shows for the whole family. I couldn’t be more excited to be working with both of them.”
“Back in the day, we had a Goosebumps HorrorLand attraction at Walt Disney World,” said author R.L. Stine. “It was one of the thrills of my life. Now I’m thrilled to be back with Disney for the TV series based on my graphic novels. Writing Just Beyond for BOOM! Studios has been a joy from the beginning, and I’m so happy to have the wonderful screenwriter Seth Grahame-Smith bring the series to life on Disney+. How lucky can I be?”
A writers room is being assembled and the series is expected to come to Disney+ in the fall of 2021.
Grahame-Smith and David Katzenberg’s KatzSmith will produce through their KatzSmith Productions and are represented by WME and Ziffren Brittenham.
BOOM! Studios is represented by UTA and Matt Saver.
Just Beyond is produced by 20TH Century Fox Television, a part of Disney Television Studios. Seth Grahame-Smith will serve as writer and executive producer alongside David Katzenberg, Stephen Christy and Ross Richie. R.L. Stine is attached as co-executive producer.
