Hidden Society, written by Rafael Scavone and illustrated by Rafael Albuquerque, invites you to take a look into a dark world behind the curtain. Hidden from ordinary eyes, there is a world next to our own full of gods, demons and danger – where magic wins from science and dark secrets lurk. Ulloo, the last wizard of the Hidden Society, enlists the help of a blind girl and her demon, a young magician and a cursed bounty hunter to prevent a group of nihilistic warlocks from waking the Society’s greatest enemy: a primal force that does not checked, the planet will be burned from all life. “After working on a book with the enigmatic 19th-century London as a backdrop, we thought setting up our first book from the maker was a good choice in the past. In the 1970s, New York seemed like a good starting point for a story about magic, with all the decadence and violence around it.
