Marvel has informed retailers that a number of their titles have been delayed. Below is a breakdown of these postponements.
- Marvel has informed retailers that Immortal Hulk #24 and #25 have both been postponed on their schedule.
#24 was originally solicited to hit stands September 18, but has now been re-scheduled for October 2. The double-sized #25 is set for release October 23, after being postponed once before.
Immortal Hulk #23 remains on schedule for a September 4 release.
- Marvel have also informed retailers that both issues of Tom Scioli’s Fantastic Four: Grand Design limited series have been pushed back two weeks on their release schedule.
Fantastic Four: Grand Design #1 is now due out October 30, but Marvel has moved up the “Final Order Cut-Off” deadline for retailers from September 23 to September 9.
The second issue is now scheduled to be released November 27.
- Marvel Comics’ Star Wars #72 have been pushed back three weeks.
Originally solicited to come out September 18, the book has now been postponed to an expected October 2 release. The publisher has not released any cover art or interior art for this issue.
This was planned to be the second of two issues released in September.
Marvel’s Star Wars ongoing is scheduled to end with November 20’s #75, with the book now coming out twice-monthly in October and November.
- Absolute Carnage: Avengers #1 has been re-scheduled for an October 16 debut.
Originally solicited to hit stands September 16, Marvel informed retailers about the schedule change earlier this week.
This comes a few weeks after retailers were told that a co-writer, Zac Thompson, was added to the book alongside original series writer Leah Williams.
