RYAN REYNOLDS TEASES THE ARRIVAL OF DEADPOOL IN PHASE 5 OF THE MCU

Ryan Reynolds went on Instagram and did a post teasing the arrival of Deadpool within Phase 5 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe!

After months of continious rumors & speculations, Marvel Studios officially unveiled, during the San Diego Comic-Con,  the line-up of  films that will compose the fourth phase of the Marvel Cinematic Universe  which would run until the end of the year 2021. We will have right over the next two years, films such as  Black Widow,  The Eternals,  Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings,  Strange Doctor and the Multiverse of Madness, and  Thor: Love and Thunder. Not to mention adding this, five Disney + mini-series: The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, WandaVision, Loki, What if …?, and Hawkeye.

But,  missing from this superb line-up of potential blockbusters: Deadpool whose introduction into the MCU is apparently not planned for now … A late arrival that will eventually take place, as recently vaguely teased by Ryan Reynolds himself on Instagram! The Canadian actor who has embodied the Marvel superhero  in the cinema rendition since 2016, has indeed posted on social networks a photo showing his progress in the investigation of who possibly leaked the test sequence of the first Deadpool movie put online in 2014, which prompted 20th Century Fox Studio to launch the project – a leakage which he was ironically at the origin. The image is accompanied by a text leaving no doubt as to the investigation enters its fifth year. Or as I call it, the “phase 5”. I like plots.

Movie going fans will have to be so damn patient before finally having the super-hero appear on the big screen within the MCU. We imagine that Marvel Studios prefer for the moment to gently unfold their long-planned projects (the calendar of their projects is in general thoughtfully planned years well in advance) before tackling their “new” aquisitions following the merging of 20th Century Fox Studios, namely Deadpool, the X-Men and the  Fantastic Four.

Phase 5 of the MCU, which will begin in 2022, seems to be already clearly emerging. In addition to the introduction of  Fox Marvel superheroes, this fifth phase will be the opportunity to find the reboot the ever popular adventures of Blade whose role will be casted by Mahershala Ali,  The Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3,   Captain Marvel 2, an/or even  Black Panther 2. In short, fans of Marvel will be well spoiled during these next coming years!
